Publish once. Reach every broker who carries you.

WealthProp is the distribution layer under a network of independent brokers. When a rate moves or a tower closes out, the correction reaches the people selling it the same minute — and you can see exactly who received it.

What a publish does

    The change is recorded, not overwritten

    A revision writes a new price version. The previous one is kept, so the record carries a before and an after, and the history stays available to the brokers selling from it. Nothing in the Registry is edited in place.

    You choose who is told

    Fan-out is never implicit. The publish step lists every broker who currently carries the development and requires an explicit decision before anything moves. A silent push to someone else’s client base is not recoverable, so we do not make it possible.

  3. 03

    Delivery is recorded per carrier

    Each carrier gets a delivery row: sent, received, storefront rebuilt. You can see which storefronts are current, which are stale, and which failed — by name, with timestamps, not as a percentage.

What it costs

Nothing, at launch. Supply is the point of the network and we are not going to tax it while we are building it.

There is no placement fee, no featured position, and no way to buy your way up a broker’s carry. Brokers choose what they carry on the strength of the development and their own client book. If that ever changes, it will change in writing and in advance, not in an invoice.

What we do not do

  • We do not run a buyer-facing portal, and we do not sell your inventory to anyone.
  • We do not contact a broker’s buyer, which means we do not contact yours either. An enquiry raised on a storefront goes to that broker.
  • We do not compete for the search terms your own marketing pays for. Broker storefronts rank on broker names and long-tail queries, deliberately.
  • We do not charge anyone per enquiry. There is no per-enquiry market inside this product to distort what a broker shows a buyer.

What we need from you

A current price book, an inventory position we can read, and one person who is authorised to confirm a change. A spreadsheet and an email address is a workable start; an export we can poll is better; an endpoint we can subscribe to is best. We will take whichever you have and do the work of normalising it.
