Terms of service

Last reviewed

This document is written in plain English and is with counsel before launch. Where a clause is still open we have said so rather than filling the space with boilerplate. If something here reads as ambiguous to you, it is ambiguous, and we would like to know: legal@wealthprop.in.

1. Who this is between

These terms are between WealthProp — the company operating this service, registered in India — and the person or firm that opens a Desk. Throughout, you means the broker or brokerage holding the account, and we means WealthProp. Opening a Desk means you accept them.

If you are opening a Desk on behalf of a firm, you are confirming you may bind that firm. Seats added to your Desk are covered by the same terms, and you remain responsible for what the people holding them do.

2. What we provide

A Desk on which you assemble a carry from the Registry; a storefront that publishes that carry under your own brand and address; the Wire, which delivers a developer’s recorded changes to that storefront; and the tools around them — share cards, enquiry delivery, analytics, and billing.

We provide these as a subscription. We do not act as your agent, we do not broker a transaction, and we are not a party to anything you agree with a buyer or a developer.

3. Your Desk and your storefront

  • The brand, copy, photographs and credentials you put on a storefront are yours, and you confirm you are entitled to publish them.
  • You keep your sign-in credentials to yourself. Anything done under your Desk is treated as yours until you tell us otherwise.
  • We may show a small, unobtrusive attribution on a storefront. It never carries a link that solicits your buyer, and it never appears in an enquiry.

4. What you may publish

You may publish the developments you carry, your own commentary on them, and your own credentials. You may not publish a claim about a development that contradicts what the Registry holds, a price you have invented, a RERA registration that is not the development’s own, or anything unlawful, defamatory, or infringing.

We can take down a page that breaches this clause, and we will tell you which page and why, in the same message.

5. The Wire, and the limits of what it warrants

The Wire carries what a developer or our operations team records. We warrant that we deliver it faithfully, that we do not alter a figure in transit, and that a storefront page states the moment it was last verified.

We do not warrant that a developer’s own figure is correct, complete, or final. A verified-at stamp says this is what the Registry held at that moment, not this is true. What you tell a buyer remains yours to stand behind.

6. Enquiries and buyer data

An enquiry raised on your storefront belongs to you. We store it so we can deliver it to you and so you can find it again. We do not market to it, sell it, rent it, or pass it to a developer. We never contact your buyer. This is a term of the agreement, not a policy we may quietly revise; the detail is in the privacy policy.

You are the controller of that data and we are your processor. You must have a lawful basis for what you then do with it.

7. Trial, payment and cancellation

  • The trial runs 14 days and asks for no card. Your storefront goes live during onboarding; payment is requested when you connect a custom domain or exceed your carry limit, whichever comes first.
  • Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance, in Indian rupees. Prices are exclusive of GST, which is added at the prevailing rate.
  • You can cancel from your Desk at any time. Billing stops at the end of the period you have paid for. We do not refund part of a month.
  • After cancellation your storefront serves until the paid period ends and then returns a plain holding page you control. You can export your enquiries at any point, including afterwards.
  • We may change prices with 30 days’ notice by email. A change never applies to a period you have already paid for.

8. Custom domains

On the tiers that include it, you may point a domain you own at your storefront. You keep the registration and remain responsible for renewing it. We issue and renew the certificate. If the domain stops resolving to us, the storefront stops serving on it — your wealthprop.in address continues to work.

9. Suspension

We may suspend a Desk for non-payment after notice, for a breach of clause 4, or where continuing would put other brokers’ data at risk. Except in that last case we tell you first and give you a way to fix it. Suspension is not deletion: your carry, brand and enquiries survive it.

10. Liability

We are liable to you for direct loss caused by our failure to provide the service, capped at the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for a transaction you did or did not close, for a developer’s figures, or for loss of profit or goodwill. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

11. Changes to these terms

We will post a revised version here with a new review date and email every account at least 14 days before it takes effect. If a change is material and you do not want it, you may cancel before it starts and we will refund the unused part of that period — the one case where we do.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The seat of jurisdiction will be stated here before launch, once the operating entity is registered; it will be a single named city, not a clause that sends you somewhere inconvenient.

13. Reaching us

legal@wealthprop.in for anything on this page. desk@wealthprop.in for anything about your Desk. A person reads both.
